1.0 PURPOSE OF THE RFI
The 163d Attack Wing (AW) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to meet Quad Landscaping Requirements. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.

2.0 Background:
Construct approximately 1 acre of landscaping at the quad area for the 163d Attack Wing located at March ARB CA. Work includes removing existing turf area and grading, planting areas, irrigation, mulch, cobble, and crushed rock areas.
