The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin and its non-profit organization, Delta Community Developers Corp. (collectively called “Authority”) are seeking quotes from qualified and licensed and bonded C-36 Pipeline Contractors, C-34 Plumbing Contractor, or Class “A” General Engineering Contractors (Contractor) to install three (3) reduced pressure backflow assembly devices at Conway Homes (2527 Georgia Ave., 2515 Colorado Ave. and 2515 Alabama Ave.).The scope of work for the project is provided below in this QSP. All local, state and federal codes and regulations shall be followed by the Contractor. This project is subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rate laws. All Contractors and all tiers of subcontractors working on this project must register with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) to bid on projects and maintain current this registration pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5.
