The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin and its non-profit organization Delta Community Developers Corp. (collectively called “Authority”) are seeking quotes from answering service companies to provide after-hours answering services for the agency-wide properties. The Property Address List is attached herein as Attachment E. The term of the contract would be an initial 12-month period, with four (4) optional one-year renewals (up to a five-year maximum term). Solicitation Date: Friday, February 17, 2023 Questions Deadline: Monday, February 27, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., PST Due Date for Quotes: Friday, March 10 , 2023 at 5:00 p.m., PST Anticipated Start Date: March 2023 (Actual Date to Be Determined) The services provided pursuant to this contract shall include the Standard Service Fee for all chargJ 101 mqcsrzes for after-hours phone answering services as follows: • Answering Service Fee • Message Storage Fee • Usage charges (describe in detail, if any) • All applicable taxes, fees, etc. Note: All services performed shall be included in the Standard Service Fees (monthly charges) quoted. Separate charges for weekends, holidays, etc. will not be allowed. Services will also include the following: • Contact to appropriate Authority staff for after-hours calls. • Detailed monthly invoices to be provided to the Authority. • Detailed monthly call logs to be provided to the Authority. In performing all services, the Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and city statutes, ordinances, and regulations. If such compliance is impossible for reasons beyond its control, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Authority of that fact and the reasons therefore.
