It is the bidders responsibility to arrange a time with the homeowner. Bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting to submit a bid. Bidders (including subcontractors) must have a current registration, bond and insurance on file with the appropriate jurisdictions building department and Summit County Health District. Bidders must carry a minimum of $2,000,000.00 of General Commercial Liability Insurance and $1,000,000.00 of Commercial Auto Liability. The winning bidder MUST ALSO list the County of Summit as an additional insured on policy. The contractor is required to all work in accordance with all applicable Local Building Codes and Regulations, including OSHA, City, County, State, EPA Codes. A copy of each permit and signed off inspection sheet will be required to complete the paperwork for this project prior to Final Payment.
