Maintenance service is for QIAcube Connect System - S/N: 01231 and QIAcube HT/QIAxtractor System Serial # s 022180 located at Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), Building 313, San Diego, CA 92152.
No alternate service agreement is acceptable - instrument is currently in use for an ongoing research protocol, for the extraction of DNA and RNA from clinical samples to aid in detection of infectious agents. Use of alternative service may affect research integrity, duplication of cost and unacceptable delays in agency’s ongoing research.
All quotes must include the Company Name, Full Address, CAGE Code and Point of Contact information including Name, Phone Number and E-Mail address. Quotes must identify prices for each year individually with no sales tax applied.
The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s).
