The requirement will be sole sourced to Quest Diagnostics (Oxford Immunotec, Inc.) 700 Nickerson Rd. Ste 200, Marlborough, MA 01752. Quest/Oxford is the only source for required T-Spot assay stat testing. Quantiferon testing is not an option for this requirement. A sole source letter was received from Quest Diagnostics to verify that the T-Spot assay stat testing is proprietary and can only be performed by this lab. See attached J&A notice. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 621511 and has a size standard of $25M for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
