This is a Pre-solicitation Notice for a contracted Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for primary care services for the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System (VASLCHCS) to be located within the city limits of Vernal, Utah. It is the Department of Veterans Affairs' intent to issue a solicitation set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for contracted CBOC services to be provided in an office or clinic environment to veterans, primarily residing within the counties of Daggett, Duchesne, and Uintah, Utah.
