This solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price contract for Urology services at the Togus VA Medical Center (hereafter referred to as VAMC) located at 1 VA Center, Augusta, ME 04330. The contract award shall be set aside to VOSBs/SDVOSBs. The period of performance shall be 01 June 2017 30 November 2017 with one (1) six month option period.
All services shall be performed in accordance with VA policies and procedures. The Contractor shall provide one board certified Urologist to work an average of 40 hours per week in Clinic as well as performing surgical procedures. These include office based procedures for cystoscopies, TRUS, TRUS biopsy, OR procedures including cystoscopies, ureteroscopy, TURP, TURBT, ureteral stent placement, and PCNL.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561320. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The procurement is subject to the availability of funds.
