The Department of Veterans Affair, Network Contracting Office 22, is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide Tumor Registry Services. Services may include, but are not limited to the following: Ongoing records maintenance, including completion of abstraction a. Ongoing timely and accurate case abstracting and coding with 90% accuracy b. Assisting to eliminate backlog cases c. Computer data entry (electronic patient record/VISTA Oncology package) of all cases d. Meeting reporting requirements of statewide cancer registry, the American College of Surgeon's Commission on Cancer and the VA Central Cancer Registry e.
