The VA Healthcare Upstate New York is seeking to contract with a qualified contractor to provide Thoracic Surgeon services at the Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, New York 12208-3410 by Board Certified/Board Eligible Thoracic Surgeon(s). The contractor shall provide professional thoracic surgery services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The proposed contract will be for the period December 1, 2011 through November 30, 1012, with two (2) one-year renewal options.
