The California National Guard has a requirement to establish a Blank et Purchase Agreement (BPA) for OSHA required mandatory occupational medical examinations to be provided throughout California. Vendors must be mobile and able to travel to different locations to perfom physicals, and other necessary services. A Statemen t of Work outlining all required services will be provided upon request. The BPA will be administerd with one base year and up to five option years. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contra ctors Registration (CCR). Quotes are due no later than March 2, 2006 before 2:00pmPST. Quotes may be submitted via fax to (805) 594-6348.
