The Government intends to procure commercial item services under (FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13) for therapeutic apheresis services for the VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. The contractor is required to provide a Registered Nurse and equipment to perform the procedures at the VA San Diego Healthcare Center. The contract shall be for a base year with the Government’s option to exercise four, one-year option periods.
