REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that are capable of providing Sterilization Services for Reusable Medical Equipment (RME) for the Eastern Colorado Health Care System located at 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, CO 80220 and Pueblo Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 4776 Eagleridge Circle, Pueblo, CO 81008. ECHCS will be responsible for transportation of unsterile packaged RME to and from facility. Pueblo CBOC will be responsible for transportation of RME to facility for decontamination, repackaging and sterilization. The information submitted shall contain the company's business size status. The NAICS Code is 561910- Product Sterilization and Packaging Services. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice.
