It is the intent of the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service to enter into a contract with Native American Community Health Center, Inc. Provision of Health Care to American Indians and Alaska Natives residing in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, Phoenix, Arizona pursuant to Title V, PL 94-437, Indian Health Care Improvement Act. Health Care Services to consist of: Primary Health Care Clinic, Pre-Natal Services, and AIDS/HIV Program Services. Award will consist of a base year with two one-year options to extend. This is a sole source set-aside under statutory authority P.L. 94-437, Title V, Indian Health Care Improvement Act, as amended. Solicitation will be issued to Native American Community Health Center, Inc.
