Non personal services: Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to provide a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) or Japanese equivalent to perform Hospital Referral and Case Manager services for the 374th Medical Group (MDG) at Yokota Air Base (AB), as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
