The supplier shall provide medical and non-medical supply and equipment items included in four Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) War Reserve Materiel (WRM) Assemblages as authorized by the applicable assemblage Allowance Standard (AS). Included within these assemblages are sub-assemblies such as medical bags, backpacks, and cases. Some items included in this agreement may not be readily available in the existing commercial market and will require innovative solutions to provide 100% capability. The Supplier will purchase materiel in the unit of measure on the applicable Allowance Standard, repack to match the appropriate packing guide, and identify "excess" materiel for shipment to a particular location. Excess materiel must be maintained separately for each shipping location. A license or Permit for The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) may be necessary.
