Provide readjustment counseling services to eligible Vietnam Era and Veterans who served in the Lebanon, Grenada, Panama and Persian Gulf Conflicts referred by the VA. For the purpose of this contract, counseling will be provided by Psychiatrists, PhD Psychologist, Licensed Social Workers, Registered Nurses, or other Counselors, individually or in concert, to ameliorate social, psychological, or behavorial impairment which interferes with individual relationships, or overall ability to cope with problems encountered in daily life. Readjustment counseling to include individual, group, and family counseling and career counseling, job and career counseling, (other than job training, skills developement, and placement services), and substance abuse counseling. Prospective offerors must be located in Pendleton County, WV; Page, Madison, Greene, Rockingham, and Shenandoah Counties, VA. NAICS code is 621330 $6.0 million.
