The Department of Veterans Affairs Tennessee Valley Healthcare System VISN 9 Contracting Office located at 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, is soliciting for Radiologist Services on behalf of the VA Medical Center, 1540 Spring Valley Dr., Huntington, WV 25704. The resulting contract will be for a period of six (6) months with six (6) one-month options to renew. Contractor shall furnish a radiologist to perform the requirements, as listed in the Statement of Work of the solicitation. Contractor shall provide a radiologist for 16 hours/week at the VAMC, Huntington WV (in-house), and to perform tele-radiology coverage 24 hours/week off-site. In-house coverage hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and off-site coverage hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,during the days of Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Radiologist shall perform routine procedures, biopsies, nuclear medicine exams, CTs, MRIs, Ultrasounds, Myleograms, interpretations, provide diagnostic consultations and other duties as prescribed in the Statement of Work.
