The U.S. Geological Survey, Central Region, Columbia Environmental Research Center, 4200 New Haven Road, Columbia, MO 65201 has a requirement for health monitoring testing for approximately 125 employees located at the Center. The U.S. Geological Survey considers this specified requirement as a sole source to Boyce & Bynum Pathology Laboratory PC, 200 Portland Street, Columbia, MO 65201-6525. Boyce & Bynum Pathology Laboratory PC has been conducting health monitoring testing on CERC employess since program inception in 1970. This laboratory has maintained records for CERC employess and has established a baseline analysis for every participating employee that is compared each year with the previous year's test results. Other interested concerns having the ability to furnish these services may submit a capabilities statement to the contracting officer USGS, PO Box 25046 Denver Federal Center, Denver, CO 8025-0046 Attn: Gail Walker no later than the closing date of this requirement (11/20//2006) 3:00 PM MST. All submissions will be evaluated to determine if competitive opportunities exist; if no submissions are received by the above appointed time, the Government will proceed with noncompetitive award without further notice.
