The Federal Correctional Institution, Milan, Michigan intends to make a single award for the provision of Psychiatry Services at the Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Detention Center in Milan, Michigan. The contractor shall be responsible for, but not limited to: providing professional services, consultation, recommendations and expertise in the filed of Psychiatry. It is estimated that the contractor will perform 16 (1) hour sessions per month. The sessions will be conducted between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, (excluding Federal holidays) as mutually agreed upon between the contractor and the Government. The contractor shall be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Michigan and be board certified in psychiatry. The contract period will run through to September 30, 2006. Quoters must specifically identify the individual that will be performing these services under any subsequent award. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov.
