The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidder's for a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Service purchase order for a Podiatrist at the Sioux San Indian Health Service in Rapid City, South Dakota. Period of performance will be from October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008 with three, one year options. Contractor will work the first and second Tuesday of every month; four hours per clinic. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication, which will be August 22, 2007. The closing date of this RFQ is September 6, 2007.
