This is a pre-solicitation notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award an unrestricted contract for a 2 month base period (transition in) (17 Jul 12 - 16 Sep 12), 4 twelve month option periods (17 Sep 12 - 16 Sep 16), a 2 month transition out period and a potential 6 month extension of services, IAW FAR 52.217-8, to facilitate a service contract for personal and nonpersonal services in support of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Programs at the Defense and Veteran Brain Injury Clinic (DVBIC). The DVBIC TBI Program is a collaboration of the Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and civilian partner program at DVBIC Headquarters and Network Sites throughout the World. Parties interested in this announcement should respond in accordance with the instructions provided in Section L of the forthcoming solicitation by 10:00am EST on 03 May 12.
