The Federal Correctional Institution, Marianna, Florida, is soliciting a contractor to provide services as an Ophthalmologist.. The Ophthalmologist, at a minimum, must be a graduate of an accredited university with a degree in medicine and have completed further studies/training in the field of Ophthalmology and be eligible for Board Certification. Must also possess a license to practice in any state of the United States. The resulting contract will be a base period, not to exceed twelve months, with three (3) one year option periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of the government. The number of one hour sessions is estimated at 48 for the base period, depending on the actual date of award and the availability of funds.
