The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Healthcare purchase order for a Nephrologist to provide services at the Minne-Tohe Health Center, New Town, North Dakota. Services will be one day per month, 8:00am - 5:00pm, 1 hour lunch. The period of performance will be October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 with three option years. This is a Small Business Set-Aside, if no small businesses express interest by September 9, 2004, then this requirement will no longer be set-aside Small Business and then it will be open to all interested vendors who respond by the closing date of September 20, 2004.
