The Department of Veterans Affairs, Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) intends to negotiate a contract for Blister Pack Service Contract at the Mid-South CMOP located at 5171 Sam Jared Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37130. This solicitation and the resulting contract is being set aside 100% for Small Disabled Veteran Owned Business Concern (SDVOSB) concerns with NAICS code of 5619101 and a size standard of $7.0 Million. Please note: This project has been set-aside 100% for SDVOSB concerns. Contractor shall be Federal Drug Administration (FDA) approved to repackage oral and solid pharmaceuticals. Contractor shall hold a valid, current certificate from Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Drug Diversion for Class II, IV and V controlled substances. Contractor shall pickup bulk shipments from CMOP, repackage into individual blister package, insert individual blister package into Child Safety Capped Bottles to meet USPS requirements for mailing, and attach a label to the bottle describing contents. This is a "Commercial Acquisition" and award will be accomplished in accordance with Best Value". Past performance and technical ability are significantly more important when combined than price.
