The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) has a requirement to procure mouse knock-in based on customers targeting construct. The requirement includes One (1) Electroporation of HYBRID(129xB/6) ES cells, tissue culture using only positive selection, and preparation of DNA in 32-well plates; pre Screening of ES clones to identify positives; Southern Blot confirmation of homologous recombinant clones; Expansion of positive clone(s) # of clones expanded will not exceed 5; Blastocyst injection of recombinant clones, implantation, and birth of chimeras and Housing & breeding of chimeras and/or F1 mice. All responsible small businesses that are capable of providing the Government with the services listed above may request a copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) in writing or by FAX to 301-480-8501 to the Contracting Office prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that RFQ NIHLM2011166 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this notice. Receipt of quotations will be due ten (7) days after the release of the RFQ.
