The Western Regional Contracting Office anticipates awarding a non-personal service contract for Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) services (rotary-wing aircraft ambulance) at Fort Hunter Liggett, California. This sources sought notice is to determine if significant capability exists within the small business community to meet this requirement. The NAICS code is 621910, Size Standard $15.0 Million.
Overview of Requirement: The contractor will be required to provide Air ambulance and other air transportation services for Fort Hunter Liggett, CA. Contractor shall provide dedicated, full-time MEDEVAC personnel to handle immediate advanced life support (ALS) to injured DoD personnel at an incident location. The Contractor shall provide Level I-ALS, Level II-Basic Life Support (BLS), Level III-BLS, and Level IV transportation services. The contractor will be required to provide services in most weather conditions. The contractor is required to be Commercial Airlift Review Board (CARB) certified and meet or exceed the standards set forth by the Commission Accreditation of Medical Transport Services (CAMTS).
