The Department of Veterans Affairs, Beckley, West Virginia, (VAMC Beckley) is seeking potential offerors to provide equipment and qualified staff to provide continuous dialysis (7 days per week, 24 hours per day) on call coverage for hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis services at the patient bedside. This is to include patients who are receiving dialysis at the Community Living Center. Qualified staff is defined as trained and qualified registered nurses in dialysis, licensed in the state of WV. Average annual demand for dialysis patients has been 150. However with the additional patients from CLC averaging 3-5, anticipated treatments will increase by 30-40 per month. All services provided shall be in accordance with the statement of work in the solicitation package. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621492 Size standard is $35.5 Million.
