The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is issuing a Sources Sought Announcement to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Hubzone Small Business, and Small Disadvantage Businesses (8(a)), that can provide hemodialysis services at the Sacramento VA Medical Center located at 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655. The contractor shall provide hemodialysis, dialysis and other services as follows: emergency/acute hemodialysis treatments performed at the VA ICU, chronic hemodialysis at the VA for inpatients, continuous veno-venous hemodialysis for inpatients, and extended daily dialysis for inpatients. It is the intent of this contract that the majority of services will be provided at the VA utilizing Contractor-owned and maintained equipment. The contractor will provide staff to perform this coverage seven days a week, 24 hours per day including holidays. No formal solicitation exists at this time.
