Provide in-center hemodialysis to patients referred by the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SG VHS), at the contractors place of business located in the cachement area of the NF/SG VHS. Services shall be inclusive in nature to the extent they include all routine outpatient chronic dialysis services and items, and specifically will include use of equipment, facility, nursing, technical personnel, laboratory testing and drugs, required to perform full support hemodialysis.
