SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a sources sought announcement only! This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources such as 8(a), HubZone, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran-owned business, and small business relative to NAICS 624229, size standard $7M. Responses will be used to determine appropriate acquisition decisions. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide Halfway House Services to veterans in the DeKalb or Fulton Counties of Atlanta, GA. Contractor's facilities must be located in these counties. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, supervision, and equipment necessary to provide these halfway house services. These services targeted to serve intact Veteran families to include, but not limited to, outreach, child care assistance, crisis intervention, counseling and housing placement. Housing must provide sufficient bedrooms to house the veteran/veteran and spouse who are legally married, and minor children by gender.
