The Contractor shall provide Geriatric Dentistry Services. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary Labor, Tools, Equipment, Materials, Parts and Transportation to provide Denture Services.(Prosthetic Prodecures) to fabricate complete Dentures or Upper/Lower partials, impressions, Jaw relations, Dentures or Partial try in. Delivery of complete prostseas and the final recheck on patients after wearing the prosthetic for any adjustments or any relines. Services to be provide on-site at the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Chinle, Az., Dental Department.
