This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered for future acquisitions. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811212 with a size standard of $27.5M.

All documents submitted will not be returned. All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above to Contracting Officer, Danny Dahl, by email at [email protected] BY OR BEFORE 7 MAR 2018, 1430 HOURS (PACIFIC TIME).. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support these requirements.

Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government reserves the right not to compete the proposed purchase order based on responses received to this notice. This item may be awarded without further notice.

Naval Hospital Bremerton will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. As a result of analyzing responses to this notice of intent, the Government shall determine if a solicitation will be issued. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
