The Billings Area Indian Health Service is requesting quotes in accordance with the requirements of Request-For Quotation (RFQ) 10-05-041-JWB for part-time Emergency Room Physician(s) for the Northern Cheyenne Indian Health Center located in Lame Deer, Montana. The contractor(s) shall be scheduled to work evenings from 4:00 pm Monday to 8:00 am Thursday and/or Weekend-day coverage from 8:00 am Friday to 8:00 am Monday and/or Weekend-evening coverage from 4:00 pm Friday to 8:00 am Monday. Contractors may also be required to work weekdays from 8:00 am Monday to 4:00 pm Friday as may be needed. Holidays work schedules will also be included. The BAIHS reserves the right to make a single award or multiple awards whichever is most advantageous to the Government. Contract(s) shall be awarded in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5 Test Programs for Certain Commercial Items (10 U.S.C. 2304(g) and 2304 and 42 U.S.C.253 (g) and 253a and 253(b)) and FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and Part 37.1 Personal Services contracting. Performance period shall begin from award until September 30, 2005.
