The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service has a need for a Physician Assistant for the Emergency Room and inpatient department of the Acoma-Canoncito-Laguna Indian Hospital. The ACL Indian Hospital is located on the Acoma Pueblo Indian Reservation, I-40 Exit #102, San Fidel, New Mexico, 87049-0130. Hours of services are estimated at 624 hours for weekends and holidays and after regular hour shifts. Services shall be provided on site at the hospital cited above. Period of performance will commence upon award of a contract through January 31, 2008. Offerors must have documented proof of maintaining an active unrestricted professional licensure, professional degree, current curriculum vitae, proof of medical liability coverage, and DEA Certificate, letter of completion for an accredited ATLS course within the past four years, proof of lifesaving and support measures in medical and trauma emergency situations, inlcuding PALS, BCLS, ACLS. Must have documented proof of residency and board certified.
