SCOPE OF SERVICES: CONTRACTOR shall provide Electroencephalograph Technologist Services at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. It's estimated that 20 inpatients and 60 outpatient's procedures will be performed yearly. Procedures for services will be coordinated through Contracting Officer Technical Representative.
