Provide all labor for performing Echocardiograms at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System. Services to be performed will include 2D, M-Mode, continuous wave and pulsed wave Doppler, and color flow echocardiograms at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System. Contractor must be board Certified and Registered in Sonography. Contract shall run from Date of Award through March 31, 2007 with four one year options to extend the term of the contract. The contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract. The contract will utilize simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Commercial items Part 12 and in accordance with Part 15, Contracting by negotiation. The issue date is O/A March 9, 2007. The BOD date is O/A March 26, 2007.
