Amendment to this solicitation has extended the response time for proposal to be submitted to October 16, 2006. The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), is seeking through a solicitation for Echocardiogram services to be performed onsite at various facilities of the Indian Health Service (IHS) located in regional area referenced as Phoenix Area. Information in regards to regional areas of IHS can be found on www.ihs.gov.
