This notice is posted IAW FAR 8.402(f). The Government intends to award a contract for certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) services to Spectrum Healthcare Resources against Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) V797P-4530a. The Government solicited competitive quotes for CRNA services using the GSA e-buy system. As part of the request for quote (RFQ), regular weekday services and on-call weekday and weekend services were solicited. While the basic CRNA services required by the RFQ are part of Spectrum’s FSS schedule, the on-call services are not. However, it is the Government’s intention to award the on-call services to Spectrum as part of the contract for weekday CRNA services. The on-call services have been determined fair and reasonable based on the competitive proposals received in response to the GSA e-buy RFQ. Further, to ensure the most effective management of CRNA services, and to afford Scott AFB medical patients the most efficient medical care, the Government will award the on-call services as part of the basic contract with Spectrum to provide regular weekday services.
