This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and shall not obligate the Government to award a contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources interested and capable of performing the work. This announcement is to seek qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms and/or Veteran Owned Small Business Firms interested is submitting potential Diagnostic Radiologist candidates under the North American Classification System (NAICS) Code of 561320, Temporary Help Services. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition planning decisions. Department of Veterans Affairs, Manchester Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) has a requirement for one (1) Diagnostic Radiologist. All work performed under this contract would be completed at VAMC Manchester, 718 Smyth Rd, Manchester, NH 03104. The Contractor shall provide Diagnostic Radiologist services. Manchester VAMC is recruiting to fill One (1) Full Time Equivalent (FTE) employee. The primary tour of duty will be as-needed coverage Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with the potential to work weekends, nights and holidays. (Note: Contractor will be paid for actual hours worked only.) Potential Sources who are interested and capable of providing the above services must demonstrate their experience and knowledge of the required services and the capability to provide such services. Potential sources should provide business name, address , DUNS number, point of contact, business size and business socio-economic category (SDVOSB, VOSB, etc.), be registered and active in VIP (http://www.vetbiz.gov), a service capability statement, information for recent and relevant acquisitions similar in nature, GSA Contract Number (if applicable), and any additional information felt to be pertinent. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561320 and the small business size standard is $27.5. Written responses must be received no later than 4:00 PM (EST) on Wednesday, 13 March 2018.
