This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought notice for the identification of potential vendors to provide Remote Ambulatory Cardiac Event Monitoring utilizing both constant monitoring cellular technology and traditional holter monitoring for the patient population of the Jesse Brown VAMC in Chicago Illinois. An Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) may be issued with a delivery performance period from approximately April 1, 2012 through March 31, 2013, with the potential for up to 4 additional option years. The solicitation package may be available on or about January 1, 2012. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to NAICS code 621999. Consistent with the VA's Veterans First Contracting Program, VA is particularly interested in identifying Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and/or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses with the capability to perform. Information gained may also be used to determine whether this acquisition will be set aside for small business. All interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, DUNS number (www.dnb.com), list of available products, the geographical location the respondent is able to service, and a brief statement regarding whether the company is able to provide remote equipment readings (ECG evaluation, recording, reporting, and secure data transmission) and reports.
