Requirement is sole source to AIHA due to AIHA being the only approved Program Approved Proficiency Testing Program in the United States that fulfills the requirements needs. Without this required service, the laboratory would be unaccredited and could not operate to provide critical services that are needed to protect the safety and health of the Navy active duty and civilian personnel.
