The other bases parts are being purchased on GSA ontract GS-24F-0066M. Any firms believing that they can provide the products, as a whole unit, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship.
