The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the PWRF Utility Extension Project Phase 1. This project includes excavation, road construction, utility extensions including water, sewer, and power, and other work. This contract provides the Contractor one-hundred and ninety (190) working days to physically complete the work. Bidders may obtain bid documents, including plans and specifications, at the City of Pasco’s Plan Room, beginning Friday, May 27, 2022. Bidders may obtain digital files at no cost. Printed documents are available, at bidders’ expense, by choosing the “Order” option. Bids shall be submitted electronically via City of Pasco’s Plan Room and shall be accepted up to 2:00PM on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. The Contractor will not be charged a fee to submit a bid.
