Note that this posting is an extension of the due date for the previously posted RFP01-SREO-20-078. The Texas A&M University System (A&M System) is requesting proposals for a business opportunity to enter into a ground lease for the installation and operation of a 2-sided outdoor advertising LED sign next to U.S. Highway 290. Estimated traffic count is 80,000 vehicles per day. A commission from advertisements sold is to be paid to Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU or The University) and a number of advertising spots must be provided to PVAMU free of charge each year. The sign will be subject to approval by the City of Prairie View for a signage permit, approval by TXDOT, and any other applicable approvals.
