awarded sole source procuremnt t NOVABONE for PUTTY 5CCC/ PUTTY 10CC
(URGENT REQUIREMENT) The contract action is for supplies or service for which
the Government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under
authoity of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services satisfied te requirements.  This notice of award is not a request
for competitive price quotes.  A determination by the Government
not to request quotes was made and responses to this notice are solely
within the discretion of the Government.  Award was made using SAP.
