The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SLA located at 3450 Broad Street, San Luis, CA 93401, for the acquisition for ESChat Services. DEA requires seamless interoperability between groups for push-to-talk services.
In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. This requirement is set aside for small businessââ¬â¢. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing. The business size standard is 1250 employees.
