This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  If submitting a quote, complete blocks 17, 24, and 30a-c of the SF-1449, complete Section B, and all highlighted items listed in Sections E & F, which includes submitting a Technical Proposal.

This is a single award, firm fixed price contract for supply of Vexar tubes and Wooden stakes (see minimum specifications) to the Black Hills National Forest, Tepee Work Center, near Custer, South Dakota.  See full Request for Quotes (RFQ) document in the Attachments section of this solicitation.
