This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention contemplates award to a small business for purchase of Bayer Seresto tick collars in two sizes. Large Seresto tick collars are needed in a quantity of forty-five (45) packs, each pack holding 25 collars, for a total of 1125 collars. Small Seresto tick collars are needed in a quantity of nineteen (19) packs, each pack holding 25 collars, for a total of 475 collars. Partial shipments are not permitted. If shipping is to be charged, a line item for shipping must be included in your bid; we cannot do prepay and add.

This procurement is a total small business set-aside.

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 325412. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. Vendors shall be registered at SAM.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
