This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/reference number is DNSMZ40145. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). Attached is the list of equipment to be acquired. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76, August 25, 2014. The NAICS for this procurement is 334220. The small business size standard is 750 employees. The provisions of 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items also applies. Evaluation will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Offerors must submit a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification - Commercial Items, with its offer, unless the vendor has registered and completed the provisions on SAM.
